Bofrid offers digital rental agreements that make the process smooth and secure for both parties.
Create a Rental Agreement
- Go to "My Properties" and select the property
- Click "Create rental agreement"
- Fill in agreement details: tenant name, rent, rental period, deposit, and other terms
- Review the agreement
- Send to the tenant for signing
Digital Signing
Both parties sign with BankID. The agreement becomes legally binding and a copy is saved for both parties.
What Should Be Included?
A complete rental agreement should include: names and personal numbers of both parties, property address, rent amount and payment date, rental period and notice period, what's included in rent, rules, and deposit terms.
Termination
Private rental law: 1 month notice for tenant, 3 months for landlord. Rental law: According to agreement, usually 3 months.
