Your fee is determined by your housing merit - a points system that rewards verified tenants:
Candidate (0-29 points): 14.95%
Verified (30-59 points): 9.95%
Merited (60-89 points): 5.95%
Certified (90+ points): 3.95%
How to Earn Points
Credit report: 15 points
Criminal record extract: 10 points
Employment/study certificate: 20 points
Landlord review: 10 points/each (max 2-3)
Income verification: 5 points
Tip: With a credit report (15p) + criminal record (10p) + a landlord review (10p) you reach 35 points = 9.95%. Add proof of employment (20p) to reach 55 points and soon 5.95%!

We want as many homes as possible on the platform. More landlords = more choices for you as a home seeker. Therefore, it is completely free for landlords. Tenants pay a fee based on their housing merit, and the fee decreases the more you build your profile. It rewards serious tenants.
